Christopher P. Soper

Christopher P. Soper, Esq., CIPP/US, is an associate at Pepper Hamilton LLP, specializing in privacy, security, and data protection since May 2012. Soper represents clients in the healthcare, banking, post-secondary institutions, and commercial sectors on various data privacy and security matters, including litigation and compliance with laws such as the FTC Act, FERPA, HIPAA/HITECH, and the TCPA.
