Richard Thomas

Richard Thomas is the Managing Partner at Pepper Hamilton LLP with over 35 years of experience representing employers in labor negotiations, arbitrations, and contract administration. Prior to that, Richard held executive roles at Burns White LLC and was a Partner at Thorp Reed & Armstrong, LLP. Richard began their career as the Manager of Labor Relations at US Steel. Thomas holds a J.D. from Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University and an A.B. in Psychology from West Virginia Wesleyan College.
