Rachel Quek

Rachel Quek is currently a Human Resources Intern at the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) since May 2024, while also working as Store Crew at Donburi Oyster Bar since September 2022. Previous experiences include roles as an All Rounded Employee at Pepper Lunch - United States, where responsibilities involved customer service, order taking, and training new staff. Rachel also served as a Human Resources Intern at Kobe, contributing to recruitment processes and company events, and was briefly an Exhibitor at Singapore Comic Con for Kenji Taco Sushi. Earlier work experience includes a Service Crew position at SUSHI EXPRESS CO.,LTD. Rachel Quek is pursuing a degree at Nanyang Business School, following a Diploma of Education in Business Studies from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
