Jeff Bales

Jeff Bales has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jeff most recently worked as the VP of Sales at Pepper starting in December 2022. Prior to that, they were the Head of Sales and Business Development at Notion from November 2021 to February 2023. Jeff also held the position of Senior Director Business Development and Sales at Comcast from November 2021 to December 2022.

In 2021, Jeff worked at Fortune Brands Home & Security as the Biz Dev & Sales - Connected Home & IoT for Flo by Moen, where they developed new channels and national partnerships. Before that, from 2019 to 2021, they worked as the Biz Dev & Strategic Partnerships for Connected Home & IoT at GE Lighting, leading business development and product partnership efforts into new channels.
