Sarah Ervin has a diverse work experience ranging from software engineering roles to customer service positions. Sarah started their career at Circle K as an Assistant Manager in 2015 before transitioning to work as a Valet at Atlantic Parking Services. In 2016, they briefly worked as a Client Advisor at BMW of Stratham and later joined Infinite Imaging as a Client Services employee, providing customer support and implementing Salesforce. In 2017, they joined Wagz, Inc as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer, where they focused on testing and improving the quality of their product line. Sarah then moved into a Software Engineer role at Wagz, Inc, primarily focusing on mobile clients and utilizing the Android Debug Bridge for remote debugging sessions. In 2019, they joined Papa as a Senior Mobile Engineer, and in 2022, they became a Lead Software Engineer, Mobile at Found. Currently, Sarah is working at Pepper as a Senior Mobile Engineer.

Sarah Ervin graduated from Wyoming Seminary College Preparatory School in 2008 with a High School degree. From 2008 to 2013, they attended Boston University, where they earned a BA degree in East Asian Studies and International Relations. In 2009, they attended Yonsei University for the YISS (International Summer School) program, focusing on Korean History, North Korean Politics, and Korean Language. In 2011, Sarah studied at Korea University for a short period as part of the VSP program, specializing in Korean Studies and Korean Language.
