Chris Hill

Chris Hill's work experience includes roles at multiple companies, with a focus on technology and transformation. Chris currently works at Pepper Money ANZ as the Head of Technology - Asset Finance and Ways of Working. Prior to that, they were the Head of Technology, Customer Service, and Business Operations at Pepper Money ANZ. Before joining Pepper Money ANZ, Chris worked as a Bid Manager at DWS.

Previously, Chris worked at Macquarie Group for several years, where they held various leadership roles. Chris served as a Division Director for the Digital Transformation and Data Division, where they led collaborations with internal leadership teams and developed the division's strategy. Chris also served as a Division Director and Technical Lead for HR Transformation, where they evaluated progress, introduced agile ways of working, and augmented the team. Chris was also the Associate Director and Head of Technology for Macquarie Leasing, leading a technology and agile transformation. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Manager and Technical Team Lead at Macquarie Leasing.

Chris also has experience working at Qantas as an IT Specialist and Technical Lead, where they were involved in projects related to revenue management systems and Qantas Holidays. Chris has worked at British Airways as an Architect on secondment from Qantas. Additionally, they have worked at BT as an IT Consultant and at ANZ as a Programmer Analyst.

Chris Hill attended the University of Tasmania from 1986 to 1989, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology.
