Stuart R. has a strong background in finance and analytics. Stuart started their career as a Private Hire Tutor at the University of Cape Town in 2010. In 2011, they worked as an Economics Tutor at Basil Paterson Tutorial College before transitioning to an Investment Analyst role at RSM Tenon.

In 2012, Stuart became a Risk Analyst at Brown Shipley, and in 2013, they joined Kames Capital as a Portfolio Analyst. Stuart stayed at Kames Capital until 2016.

In 2019, Stuart returned to The University of Edinburgh to pursue a Distance Masters program in Predictive Analytics, specializing in Mathematics and Statistics. Stuart completed this program in 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Stuart also obtained various certifications. In 2016, they acquired a certification in "Matlab for Financial Fundamentals" from MathWorks. Furthermore, they are currently pursuing the Chartered Financial Analyst certification from the CFA Institute and the Investment Management Certificate from CFA UK. Stuart is also interested in obtaining a certification as a Portfolio Risk Manager from the Professional Risk Managers' International Association (PRMIA).
