Matt Jones

Matt Jones has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Matt started their career as a Restaurant Manager and New Store Opening Trainer at The Restaurant Group from November 2005 to April 2007. Matt then moved to Admiral Insurance in 2009, where they held multiple roles such as Claims Team Manager, Claims Trainer, Training Manager, and eventually became the Management and Leadership Trainer from January 2015 to July 2018. Following their tenure at Admiral Insurance, Matt joined Pepper Money UK in July 2018 as a Learning & Development Manager and was later promoted to Head of Talent in March 2022.

Matt Jones completed their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law from the University of Northampton between 1999 and 2003. Matt then pursued a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) in Adult Learning from the University of South Wales from 2015 to 2017.
