Paru Law (MCIPD) is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience, currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Pepper Money UK since June 2018. Prior roles include Head of HR and HR Manager at Pepper Money UK, HR Business Partner at JLT Group and Jardine Lloyd Thompson Australia, and HR Advisor at PresCare and Home Group. Paru Law began the career as a Recruitment Consultant at Alexander Mann Solutions and has also worked as an HR Manager - Projects at Barnet College. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Business Administration and Management with a major in Human Resources Management from De Montfort University and a University Diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of West London.
