John Huffstutler

John Huffstutler has a diverse work experience in the construction and capital projects industry. John currently holds the position of Regional Vice President of Construction at Pepper Pike Capital Partners since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Field Services at Associa from October 2020 to March 2023. From 2018 to 2020, John served as the Director of Construction and Capital Projects at Mills Properties, Inc. John also gained experience as a Senior Project Manager at Village Green from 2012 to 2016 and as a Project Superintendent at Village Green from 1999 to 2006.

John Huffstutler has a Bachelor of Business Management with a minor in Communications from Webster University.
