Lirui Li

Lirui Li currently serves as Market President and Executive Director at Wayspring since February 2023, and holds the position of Board Advisor at Peppercorn.ai and Lecturer at The Wharton School since June 2021 and May 2021, respectively. Lirui was a Presidential Leadership Scholar with the Presidential Leadership Scholars program from January 2022 to June 2022. Previously, Lirui worked as Regional Vice President at Oak Street Health from February 2019 to December 2020, and as AVP, Chief of Staff to the CEO, as well as Director of the President and CEO’s Office at Einstein Healthcare Network from 2013 to 2019. Earlier experience includes roles as Senior Manager of Global Marketing at Expedia Group from 2010 to 2012, Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company from 2008 to 2010, and Analyst in Investment Management at Lehman Brothers in 2007. Lirui holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University and an MBA from The Wharton School.
