Ian Law

Ian Law has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Ian is currently the Founder and COO/CFO of Peppercorn AI Technology since November 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Finance Projects and Operations at Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM) from May 2019 to December 2020. Ian also held positions such as Head of UK Finance at Great American Insurance Group in 2019, Finance Lead - Brexit and IMAP at Admiral Group Plc from 2018 to 2019, and Finance Director at Confused.com from 2017 to 2018. Ian had various senior contract roles at Lloyds Banking Group, including Senior Contract Role - Insurance, Senior Contract Role - Programme Lead, and Senior Contract Role, between 2015 and 2016. In addition, Ian worked as a Senior Interim Consultant at Principality Building Society in 2014 and as the Group Finance Director at Rock Holdings from 2013 to 2014. Ian also served as the Group Financial Controller at Ageas UK Limited in 2013. Ian's earlier roles at Lloyds Banking Group include Head of Insurance Finance Change from 2011 to 2012 and Financial Controller General Insurance from 2009 to 2011.

Ian Law has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd. Ian is also certified as an ACMA by The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, which they obtained in May 1990.
