Selina J. Shultz

Selina J. Shultz, Esq., LL.M. serves as the President of The Conflict Lab of The Alternative Group, where comprehensive Conflict Consulting services are offered, including mediation and conflict coaching. Since April 2015, Selina has been a Distinguished Professor at Pepperdine University, focusing on conflict consulting, decision-making, and mediation courses. Previous roles include Contract Mediator for the EEOC and Adjunct Professor at Duquesne University School of Law and UNLV School of Law. With extensive experience as a partner at Bunde Gillotti Mulroy & Shultz and as a mediator for Allegheny County, Selina has cultivated expertise in conflict resolution since beginning the legal career as an associate handling family law cases. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh.
