Leslie Espinola

Leslie Espinola has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 1992, they started as a Dental Assistant/ Treatment Coordinator at Dental Care Alliance, where they worked for 16 years. From 2008 to 2013, they worked as a Practice Management Consultant at OrthoSynetics. In 2016, they became the Florida Regional Manager at the Center for Oral Health, a position they held until 2018. From 2018 to 2021, Leslie served as the Director of Dental Operations at Central Florida Health Care, Inc. Following that role, they became the Director of Operations at Partnerships for Dentists from 2021 to 2022. In 2022, they took on the role of National Dental Director at Urgent Care 24/7 & Affiliates, where they worked until early 2023. Currently, Leslie is a Regional Director of Operations at PepperPointe Partnerships.

Leslie Espinola holds a Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from St. Petersburg College. In addition to their degree, Leslie has obtained two certifications: "Change Management Tips for Leaders" from LinkedIn, which was obtained in July 2021; and "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" from LinkedIn, also obtained in July 2021.
