Victor Nguyen

Victor Nguyen has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Victor is currently the Head of Artificial Intelligence at Pepperstone since November 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Marketing Science at Pepperstone from April 2021 to November 2021. Before joining Pepperstone, Victor worked at Sportsbet from 2016 to 2021. During their tenure at Sportsbet, they held several positions including Head of Data Science, Data Science Manager, Personalisation Analytics Manager, and Data Scientist. Victor also has experience working at Rolls-Royce as an Advanced Technologist, specializing in Data Analytics & Optimizations from 2013 to 2015. Victor began their career at PSA Corporation Limited in 2010, where they served as a Senior Operations Planning Analyst and later as an Operations Planning Analyst, both roles focusing on Algorithms.

Victor Nguyen pursued their education at Nanyang Technological University Singapore. From 2002 to 2006, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree. Later, they furthered their studies at the same institution and completed a PhD in Data Mining from 2006 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Victor has also acquired additional certifications: "Neural Networks and Deep Learning" from Coursera in November 2018 and "Google Cloud Onboard - Fundamentals" from Google, with specific dates of completion not provided.
