Brittany Sims

Brittany Sims has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Brittany is currently the People Lead at Peppy Health, where they have been instrumental in building the People team from scratch and expanding the company's global presence in the US. Prior to this, Brittany worked as a People Manager at Streetbees, where they directed and implemented People strategy for the Series B start-up. Brittany also has experience as a Human Resources Coordinator at Dext and as a People Resources Officer at MDA National. Brittany's expertise lies in managing People strategy, Learning & Development, and People Experience functions.

Brittany Sims completed a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services from The University of Western Australia in 2016. In 2022 and 2023, they attended MOL Learn to pursue a CIPD (Level 5) People Management qualification.
