Milovan Kele

Milovan Kele has extensive experience in customer service and logistics, currently serving as the West Balkan Customer Service Team Lead at PepsiCo Zapadni Balkan since December 2004. Responsibilities include establishing customer service processes, leading a team of 12 members across Serbia and Bosnia, and overseeing day-to-day operations related to order processing. Kele has successfully implemented the Smart Admin platform for tracking sales documentation and led initiatives to establish a customer call center and manage SAP archiving projects. Prior roles include Customer Collaboration SPV, Logistic SPV Senior, Administrative Assistant, Logistic Administrator, and Warehouse Leader, demonstrating a solid foundation in sales documentation, team management, and logistics operations. Early career experience includes audio and video realization at FAN TV from January 1999 to May 2004.
