Andrew Lam, Ph.D., is the Director of Talent Management at PepsiCo, where they lead initiatives in talent management and organizational development. Previously, Lam held roles at Shearer's Snacks and TimkenSteel Corporation, driving performance management processes and enterprise-wide engagement strategies. With a strong foundation in industrial/organizational psychology, they have also served as an adjunct faculty instructor at The University of Akron, where they received recognition for outstanding teaching. Additionally, Lam founded the Woodridge Premier Futbol Club, fostering youth soccer development.
