Anna Dianova

Anna Dianova is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in various senior roles across multiple regions. Currently serving as VP HR for Europe Functions at PepsiCo since September 2017, Anna partners with senior leaders across diverse sectors to develop capabilities and foster an inclusive culture for sustainable business growth. Previous positions include Senior HR Director for DACH, Central Europe, and Balkans, as well as leadership roles at Mondelēz International, Cadbury Schweppes PLC, and British American Tobacco, where responsibilities encompassed comprehensive HR strategies and team leadership. Anna holds an Executive Master's degree in Consulting and Coaching for Change from INSEAD, is a Certified Professional Coach, and has qualifications in HR Management and Mathematics.
