Bhupender Nagpal

Bhupender Nagpal possesses over two decades of extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as Director of Global Procurement Transformation for AMESA and APAC at PepsiCo since January 2017. In this role, Bhupender has successfully led strategic procurement transformations that enhanced efficiency, cost savings, and stakeholder relationships. Prior to PepsiCo, Bhupender held significant positions such as General Manager of Global Sourcing at International Paper and Unit Commercial Head at Ballarpur Industries Limited, overseeing large-scale procurement operations and managing substantial budgets. Bhupender's career also includes roles in consulting, project procurement, and vendor development across various companies, backed by a Master's degree in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and a Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering.
