Elena Drozdova

Elena Drozdova serves as the Sr HR Director for Organizational Effectiveness and Chief of Staff at PepsiCo Europe since March 2022, leading significant transformation initiatives and establishing the Org Effectiveness function across Europe. Prior to this role, Elena held key HR positions at Philip Morris International and PepsiCo, where responsibilities included HR strategy development, talent management, and transformation initiatives. Previous experience at British American Tobacco Russia encompassed various HR roles. Elena earned a Master’s Degree in Theoretical and Applied Linguistics from Tver State University.
