Fahad Rana

Fahad Rana has over 20 years of experience in supply chain and engineering roles, currently serving as Team Lead Agro Supply Chain at PepsiCo since April 2009. In this position, Fahad Rana drives operations by coordinating stakeholders to ensure the availability of materials and labor while managing and motivating the shop floor team to achieve production targets aligned with quality, EHS, and sustainability goals. Previously, Fahad Rana worked as Cold Store Sr Supervisor, where responsibilities included data management in Excel and SAP for cold storage operations. Prior to PepsiCo, Fahad Rana was the Electrical Engineering Incharge at Roshan Packages Limited from April 2003 to March 2009, overseeing the electrical department and maintenance of cotton and packaging machinery. Fahad Rana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Allama Iqbal Open University and a Higher National Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Govt Technical College Lahore.
