Inna Yakovchuk

Inna Yakovchuk is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Senior People Director for Central and Eastern Europe at PepsiCo since July 2021, overseeing operations in 20 countries including Poland, Ukraine, and various Balkan nations. Prior to this role, Inna held multiple positions at Japan Tobacco International from April 2005 to June 2021, culminating as Senior HR Director for Türkiye and previously serving as People & Culture Director in Poland, as well as in various HR roles across the USA and Caucasus regions. Inna began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Dopomoga Recruitment Agency from 2002 to 2005. Inna holds a Master of Arts degree in Sociology from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, completed between 1998 and 2004.
