Jay Conlin

Jay Conlin is an experienced labor relations executive with a robust background in human resources and labor negotiations. Currently serving as Vice-President of Labor Relations at PepsiCo since August 2017, Jay oversees all US labor and employee relations efforts, including strategy, contract negotiations, and employee relations for a significant union-free workforce. Prior roles include Senior Director of Labor Relations at Pepsi Beverages Company, where responsibilities included acting as the chief spokesperson for labor negotiations, and Sr. Human Resources Manager at Pepsi Bottling Group, focusing on generalist HR functions. Jay's career began at Anheuser-Busch as an Assistant Human Resources Manager.
