Kevser Ozdemir

Kevser Ozdemir is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital strategy, IT transformation, and project management, primarily within PepsiCo since December 2007. Currently serving as the Europe Digital Strategy and Transformation Director, Kevser leads the development of multi-year digital roadmaps and governance of a $100 million digital portfolio. Previous roles include Global-IT Strategy & Transformation Director and West Europe IT Strategy, Planning & Transformation Manager, where Kevser managed multimillion-dollar IT portfolios and spearheaded digital innovations. Prior experience includes positions at HSBC, GarantiBank International NV, IBM, and Yapı Kredi, showcasing a strong foundation in business analysis and consulting. Kevser holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boğaziçi University and a Master’s in Economics & Finance from the University of Warwick.
