Lauren Scott

Lauren Scott holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the University of North Texas, earned between 2014 and 2017, and a degree in Decision Science from the same institution, completed in 2013. Lauren's professional experience includes a significant tenure at PepsiCo since February 2014, where various roles have been held, such as Planning and Strategic Initiatives Specialist, SAP Master Data Governance Technical Project Manager, Digital Platforms & Cloud Acceleration/Value Office Specialist, and several positions within Global Data and Analytics, ranging from Associate Analyst to Senior Analyst. Prior to joining PepsiCo, Lauren gained experience as a Product Supply and Demand Planning Intern at Frito Lay Headquarters in 2013.
