MacIej Horwacik

Maciej Horwacik is an experienced Executive Search Consultant at Neumann Executive since August 2023 and has held several key positions in talent acquisition, including Team Leader and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Devire. Maciej also serves as a Sędzia Wioślarski for the Polski Związek Towarzystw Wioślarskich since April 2013 and has a background in recruitment roles at companies such as Sioux Technologies, Tenneco, Pontoon Solutions, and Tesla. In addition to practical experience, Maciej possesses a Master of Science degree in Material Engineering, specializing in biomaterials and composites, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Material Engineering from AGH University of Krakow.
