Nicolas Vallejos is a seasoned professional in design leadership with extensive experience in the consumer goods industry. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Design for PepsiCo Foods North America Core Brands since June 2016, Nicolas establishes design strategy and creative vision across notable brands including Doritos, Cheetos, and Lay's. Prior to PepsiCo, Nicolas held significant roles at General Mills, where strategic brand design leadership was provided for iconic brands such as Cheerios and Pillsbury. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Hypoguard, Park Tool, and Diario de Pernambuco, focusing on marketing communication strategies and graphic design excellence. Nicolas holds a Master of Business Communication from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Architecture from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco.
