Patrycja Uszycka

Patrycja Uszycka has significant experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the HR Manager for Commercial Poland within the Marketing Beverages CEGB division of PepsiCo since February 2016. In this role, key responsibilities include talent acquisition, learning and development, organizational design, and employee engagement, while acting as a strategic business partner to the Management Board. Prior experience includes self-employment in the home lighting sector, an interim HR Manager position at Esselte, and various HR roles at PepsiCo, PKO BP, and Citibank. Patrycja holds a Master's degree in Marketing & Management from the University of Economics in Poznań.
