Pavankumar Hansoge

Pavankumar Hansoge is currently serving as the Vice President of International Engineering at PepsiCo since August 2022. Prior to joining PepsiCo, Pavankumar accumulated extensive experience at Unilever from October 1996 to June 2022, holding various leadership positions including Engineering Director for Robotics and Automation, Engineering Director for NAMETRUB HPC, and Factory Manager at the Goa Factory. Pavankumar's earlier career includes a tenure at Bosch India from January 1991 to August 1996, where roles included Group Leader for Process Planning of Elements and Plungers, and Process Engineer. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from B. M. S. College of Engineering and Bangalore University, complemented by foundational studies at National College and Vijaya High School.
