Preetam Sawant

Preetam Sawant is a seasoned technology management professional with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Since May 2006, Preetam has held various leadership roles at PepsiCo, currently serving as Senior Director of Technology Management, overseeing a global team of over 70 enterprise engineers and managing PepsiCo's Global Storage, Backup and Recovery, and Infrastructure Capacity. Previous positions include Director of Global IT Infrastructure & Operations and Sr. Manager roles focused on IT service delivery and solution engineering. Preetam successfully led significant IT transformation projects, resulting in substantial cost savings for the organization. Prior to joining PepsiCo, Preetam gained valuable experience as a Sr. Systems Engineer at NBCUniversal and as a Systems Engineer at GE. Preetam holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Shivaji University.
