Ravinder Arora

Ravinder Arora is currently the Head of Customer Marketing at PepsiCo, a position held since 2025, overseeing marketing strategies and customer engagement. Prior to this role, Ravinder served in various capacities at PepsiCo, including Senior Manager for Customer Development and Urban Go To Market. With earlier experience as an Assistant Branch Manager at ITC Limited and a Group Management Cadre member at Mahindra Rise, Ravinder has a well-rounded background in management and marketing. Ravinder holds an M.B.A. in Marketing and Strategy from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Jaypee University.
