Santi Minguito

Santi Minguito serves as the International Business Information Security Officer Senior Director at PepsiCo, leading initiatives across AMESA, APAC, Europe, and LATAM since March 2017. In this role, Santi focuses on fostering trusted relationships between business and Information Technology while ensuring the effective deployment of security programs. Previously, Santi held positions including BISO for Europe, responsible for security compliance and risk assessment across multiple regions. Santi also contributed as the Board Member for the ISMS Forum’s Barcelona Chapter and as a Venture Advisor at THCAP. Prior experience includes serving as the Information Security and Regulatory Director at Banco Sabadell, where Santi managed security strategy and compliance, and roles at Deloitte. Santi holds an Engineer's Degree in Computer Science from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
