Taylor Stage

Taylor Stage is a Senior R&D Scientist at PepsiCo and a master's graduate in Food Science from the University of Florida. Previously, Taylor served as a Graduate Research Assistant, conducting independent research on debittering HLB-infected oranges while mentoring students in lab safety and chemical analysis. Taylor's earlier roles included supervising survey research at BEBR at UF and various research and sensory lab positions, where they honed analytical skills and contributed to significant studies in food science. With a strong focus on sustainability and health, Taylor aims to innovate the food industry through research and development.
