Theresa Chiueh

Theresa Chiueh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in design and innovation, currently serving as Senior Director of Global Design Innovation at PepsiCo since September 2016. In this role, Theresa employs foresights, business model canvas, systems thinking, and design thinking to drive successful innovations that create value for people and society. Prior to PepsiCo, Theresa held leadership roles at Sterling Brands as Director of Design and Innovation and at Continuum as Managing Director of Innovation. Theresa's career commenced at Visteon, where responsibilities included product development and oversight of manufacturing processes. Theresa holds an MBA in New Product and Venture Development from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
