Vikas Bhayana

Vikas Bhayana is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience at PepsiCo, where the current role is Senior Operations Manager focused on enhancing the operations agenda for the Tea portfolio and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain for PLNA. Previously, as Senior Integration Manager, Vikas commercialized innovations in the Water+ and New Platform categories, successfully launching a new brand in just 36 weeks through a collaborative approach. Earlier experience includes serving as Supply Chain Manager, overseeing a team for the Mid-Atlantic region, enhancing innovation launch readiness significantly, and being recognized as the top Regional Supply Planner nationally. Vikas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Operations and Information Systems Management from Penn State University.
