Yi Zhu

Yi Zhu is a seasoned food scientist with extensive experience at PepsiCo since October 2007, currently serving as a Senior Principal Scientist. This role includes leading product development initiatives for salty snacks, contributing to sodium reduction efforts, and improving potato chip design. Yi Zhu has notable accomplishments, including an active US patent for a salted food product and certifications as a Culinary Scientist from the Research Chefs Association.
