Yue Zheng

Yue (Joy) Zheng is a seasoned professional in food safety, currently serving as a Senior Scientist at PepsiCo's FSCoE since November 2024. Prior experience includes over nine years at Commercial Food Sanitation L.L.C., where roles ranged from Food Safety Specialist to Sr. Food Safety Specialist, providing global consulting and training on food safety and sanitation. Yue has also contributed to significant research as a Graduate Research Assistant at the FDA and as a Senior Research Assistant at the IIT Institute for Food Safety and Health, focusing on validation processes for reducing pathogens in food products. Yue holds a Master of Science in Food Safety and Technology from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Food Science and Engineering from Sichuan University.
