Niall O'Carroll has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.
From 2019 to the present, they have been working at PepTalk, where they started as a High Performance Strategist and later became the Chief of Global Partnerships.
From 2010 to the present, Niall has been the Managing Director and Director of Training & Development at FountainHead Training & Insights Consultancy (now known as www.mybrainfood.ie). In this role, they have developed high-performance programs for corporate and sporting organizations, including teams and individual champions in Canada and the Olympics.
In 2018, they worked for Hockey Ireland as a Behavioral Specialist & Team Manager, and for Meath GAA as a Senior Performance Consultant.
From 2014 to 2016, Niall was with British Gymnastics, where they served as the Education and Safeguarding Manager & Performance Coach. Niall created education programs, mainstreamed behavioral awareness in coaching education, and managed the development and delivery of e-learning programs.
Starting in 2010, they worked for the Canadian Olympic Committee as a Game Plan Consultant, providing consulting services.
Niall's career began in 1992 as a Detective Garda at An Garda Síochána, where they worked until 2010.
Niall O'Carroll has obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology & European Languages from The Open University Business School in 2007. Later, in 2011, they completed their M.Sc in Sport Psychology at the University of Ottawa. Subsequently, they pursued a Master Coach program at the University of Toronto in 2012. Finally, in 2013, they completed their M.Sc in Business Coaching from the University of Toronto.
