Jennifer Phelps

Jennifer Phelps has extensive experience in administrative support and operations management across various organizations. Currently serving as an Administrative Assistant at First Baptist Church of Dallas since November 2014, Jennifer provides support to the Associate Minister of Worship and the Instrumental Music Associate. In addition, Jennifer has been a Part-Time Mobile Event Representative for PepWear, LLC since September 2009, managing mobile event sales and operations. As an Independent Distributor for Advocare since March 2013, Jennifer promotes health and wellness products. Jennifer previously worked as the Dallas Field Operations Manager for Brand Affinity Technologies from January 2009 to October 2014, leading a team and managing operations to meet staffing and customer relationship goals. Earlier experience includes a distinguished role at The Dallas Morning News from April 1999 to September 2008, where responsibilities included administrative support and reporting analysis within the classified advertising division. Jennifer holds an Advanced Honors Diploma in General Studies from South Grand Prairie High School and attended Dallas College from 1996 to 2002.
