The founding team at Pequity has a wealth of experience in compensation and people operations. They have worked at some of the biggest names in the industry, including Instacart, Cruise, and enrich. They have also consulted for numerous companies on compensation matters. In addition to their work experience, the team is also highly educated. They hold degrees from Penn State University in human resources and employment relations, as well as design and visual communications.
