Rachel Segal has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Rachel most recently worked at Per Diem as the Head of People, where they focused on team building and culture strategizing. Prior to that, they were a Teacher at Rockridge Little School, where they embraced emergent learning and facilitated creative activities for young children. Rachel also served as a Software Developer and Technical Product Manager at Andy OS, Inc, where they were instrumental in developing applications and implementing a microservice architecture.
