Bruce Gunderson

Bruce Gunderson has over three decades of professional experience in security management and training. Currently serving as General Manager at Per Mar Security Services since December 2012, Bruce has previously held significant roles, including Supervisor/Team Lead at Investigative Services Agency and Branch Manager at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. Notably, while leading Securitas, Bruce managed the hiring and training of up to 150 security professionals, greatly contributing to the company's revenue generation. In addition to operational leadership, Bruce has expertise in personal protection, crowd management, and safety program development, particularly through their tenure as President of Winning Edge Inc. Bruce holds a B.S. in Psychology from North Park University and possesses numerous security certifications, including current firearm control accreditation from the State of Illinois.
