Neil Graves

Neil Graves is a seasoned security management professional with extensive experience in the security industry. Currently serving as General Manager of the Security Officer Division at Per Mar Security Services since May 2011, Neil oversees operations across Indiana, Ohio, and Southern Michigan. Prior to this role, Neil was the Vice President of Operations at Employer's Security, Inc. from November 1989 to May 2011, where responsibilities included directing both the Physical Security and Electronics Security Divisions. Neil is a graduate of the Indiana State Police Academy, specializing in Homeland Security and Law Enforcement, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management from Purdue University.
