Alicia Richards

Alicia Richards currently serves as Chief of Staff to CTO Todd Borkey at Peraton, a position held since September 2025. Prior experience includes working as a Management and Program Analyst at the U.S. Department of Energy, where Alicia engaged with intergovernmental groups and various stakeholders from February 2024 to September 2025. At BluePath Labs, Alicia held multiple roles, including Deputy Project Manager and Management Consultant, from October 2020 to February 2024. Additional experience spans positions such as Director of Operations at Union Church DC, Executive Assistant and Scheduler for the U.S. House of Representatives, and various administrative roles in other organizations. Alicia holds a Master's Degree in Diplomacy from Norwich University and a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies from Grand Valley State University.
