Megan Peacock

Megan Peacock serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for Corporate Functions and EEO Compliance at Peraton since April 2022. With a rich background in human resources, Megan has held various leadership roles at BAE Systems, Inc., including Benefits Director - Leaves, Director - HR Compliance and Talent Acquisition Operations, and HR Manager - EEO & Compliance. Previous experience includes several HR management positions at BAE Systems - Support Solutions, Sapient, and BAE Systems - Information & Electronic Warfare Systems. Holding a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations from Le Moyne College, Megan has developed a strong foundation in legal and human resources practices.
