Tiffany Hernandez

Tiffany Hernandez possesses extensive experience in customer support and operations management, currently serving as the Deputy Director of Enterprise Customer Support at Peraton since October 2022. Prior roles include Operations Manager at Empower AI, where Tiffany provided exceptional customer service to the Joint Service Provider community, and Global Service Desk Manager at TEKsystems. Tiffany has also managed field teams, overseen IT service management processes as ITSM/Configuration Manager at Agensys Corporation, and led help desk operations at GDIT. Tiffany holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of Phoenix and a high school diploma with a technical focus.
