Victor Stemberger

Victor Stemberger serves as the Senior Director of Strategic Procurement at Peraton since May 2021, leading a team to manage Source-to-Pay processes for several billion dollars in annual spend across diverse categories. Previously, Victor held the position of Director of Category Management and Program Engagement at Perspecta from November 2020 to May 2021, and served as Sr. Manager of Category and Supplier Management at General Dynamics Information Technology between November 2017 and November 2020, where Victor focused on negotiation strategies and cost optimization for IT and Telecom expenditures. Prior roles include Director of Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Management at WorldLink US, and Director of Procurement and Contract Management, along with Senior Manager of Vendor Management at Samsung Electronics. Victor began a career at Sprint as a Senior Manager in Contracts/Sourcing. Educational background includes a BBA in Management and Finance from James Madison University, as well as schooling at Chantilly High School and Seoul American High School.
