Justine Castel

Justine Castel has extensive experience in project and account management, particularly in the realms of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Currently serving as Business Unit Solings Director at Percall Group since August 2017, Justine has held multiple roles including BU PTC Production Manager and Delivery Manager. Prior to this, Justine worked at Airbus CIMPA as a PLM Project Manager, managing the PLM Winchill and Thingworx project, and at Airbus Helicopters as a Method Engineer - PLM Work Package Leader. Earlier career experiences include positions at Meta4 as HRIS & Payroll Project Manager and at Bayard Presse as HRIS project assistant manager, alongside roles at STMicroelectronics as Human Resources Officer. Justine holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from IAE FRANCE and a Master's degree in International Business Sciences from Aix-Marseille University.
