James Mosley

James Mosley is an experienced operations manager currently leading the Operational Leadership team at Percepta since January 2020, where responsibilities include performance management, HR collaboration, and staff guidance. Previously, James served as Operations Supervisor at Percepta, enhancing service levels and operational efficiency. Prior to this, James held the position of Field Services Manager at Revolution Retail Systems, LLC, managing a remote team focused on preventative maintenance and service. James has also served as Sr. Pastor at Legacy Christian Center and Call Center Operations Manager at Nerium International, overseeing global operations and training staff across nine countries. James holds a degree in Biblical Studies from Liberty University, along with education from Texas Southern University and Austin Community College.
